Paradise Cove Park
3930 E Monte Cristo Ave, Phoenix
Amenities: Basketball, picnic area, playground with a spider web climbing structure, volleyball (sand), play field, ramada, grill. No restrooms.
Desert West Park and Sports Complex
Amenities: Community center, lighted basketball, lighted handball/racquetball, picnic area with ramadas, shaded playgrounds, restrooms, lighted softball fields, lighted tennis, lighted sand volleyball, skateboard plaza, lagoon/fishing, soccer fields with artificial turf, grills. Also the location of the Phoenix Am Skateboard Event. Restrooms.
Aviano Community Park
22500 N Aviano Way, Phoenix
Amenities: Large clean play yard, green field, multiple benches. Restrooms.
5720 E Sweetwater Ave, Scottsdale
Amenities: Great shade. There’s a public/free corral in the southwest corner of the park where you can watch riders work their horses. Restrooms.
Florence Ely Nelson Desert Park
Amenities: The location of this park provides the perk of a Starbucks stop for mom prior to playtime. This is another park that you have to keep an eye out for because it is slightly tucked away, but it is a great spot! This is one that we would recommend for kids ages 3 and up.

Amenities: 2 large open space areas, and a great playground. Restrooms.
18600 N 98th St, Scottsdale
Amenities: Small and contained, small ground splash pad great for little ones, grassy area, play structure. Restrooms not open on the weekend unless you have a community key-card; during the weekdays you can access through the community center building.
Amenities: 2 shaded play areas based on motor skill levels. Restrooms.
Sonoran Hills Park
Amenities: 2 shaded play areas accommodating kids at different skill levels. Restrooms.
7202 E. Cactus Rd, Scottsdale, AZ
Amenities: Newly updated equipment, large covered picnic table area, grass space. Restrooms available although not right next to the park area.
15444 N. 100th St., Scottsdale
Amenities: 24-acres, 4 softball fields (lighted), 3 basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, 5 sand volleyball courts, 2 tennis courts (lighted). Restrooms.
15525 N. Thompson Peak Pkwy. Scottsdale
Amenities: Shaded areas with picnic benches, basketball court, shaded play structure great for little ones, sand. Restrooms require a MMR key card for entry.
George “Doc” Cavalliere Park
27775 N. Alma School Pkwy. Scottsdale
Amenities: Shaded playground, large turf area, hiking trail (one-mile loop), 2 basketball courts (lighted), picnic areas, 2drop-in ramadas. Restrooms.
Rio Montana Park

Amenities: Small park with big charm right next to the fire station. Shaded play structure, swings, grass area, tennis courts, basketball hoops. Restrooms.
2100 W. Rio Salado Parkway, Mesa
Amenities: This is a not to miss park no matter where you are in the Valley. Spray ground with multiple water features. Playground extraordinaire including: 50 foot tall Genesis climbing tower, 60 foot long caterpillare mesh rope climbing structure, 2 playground clusters for ages 2-5, 6-12 and above, shaded picnic areas with tables, reservable shaded picnic ramadas, shaded play structures, miles of accessible sidewalks, open play areas. Restrooms.
